We know New Year fitness resolutions rarely work, but what should you do instead?

Try something that you’ll actually want to continue! 

Its sobering that the research tells us around 25% of people will give up their resolutions after a week and that less than one in ten will keep them until the end of the year.

So how can you combat this and increase your chance of success?  Just set specific, smaller and more realistic goals and improve incrementally.

Instead of saying ‘I want to exercise more’ or ‘I want to lose weight’, say ‘I want to do two exercise classes a week’ or ‘I want to lose 3 kilos before my summer holiday’.

As a certified TRX Suspension Training Instructor I now offer bespoke TRX sessions, either 1:1 or 1:2.  TRX is a full body workout that is both challenging and fun, and as many of my clients attest to, is highly addictive!
