Your assessment includes baselining: 

  • Height

  • Weight

  • BMI

  • Resting heart rate

  • Blood pressure

  • Peak flow

  • Fitness test 

  • Flexibility test

  • Fitness Age calculation

Following your assessment I will be able to recommend training and targets for you

You may choose to have an assessment prior to commencing a training programme, or repeat it at regular intervals to understand how your fitness is improving over time

Assessments can be conducted at the gym or at your home.  You should allow 30-45 minutes for your assessment and the fee is £20
